In the mid-20th century, a brutalist movement emerged characterized by a deliberate plainness, heavy and ruthless style, born out of utopian idealism. The style fell out of popularity in the late 1970s due to its cold and grim nature. The Mirror Lounge Chair presents a playful take on brutalism with its minimal shape and an eye-catching mirrored surface.
